Zucchini Bake

I made this off of a pin I saw on Pinterest but the zucchini I had was one of the big ones. Definately worth the try!!
zucchini-seeds removed and bottom strip removed so it laid flat
used Johnny's seasoning salt and chopped garlic, then drizzled olive oil on it
bread crumbs-i made mine from a piece of bread that was chopped in my vita-mix
tomato slices
bake for 40 minutes in pie plate
sprinkled feta cheese and mexican cheese blend and broiled
